Puppies usually start to open their eyes between 10 and 14 days. They're only tiny slits at first and open all the way gradually. By 3 weeks they'll be getting up on their feet and wobbling around. Don't feed your puppies any milk. If they need supplementing you need to buy puppy formula. If the dam's feeding them fine, wait until they're 4 weeks and start offering them dry puppy food moistened with warm water twice a day. At this time, you can also offer them fresh water several times a day.

Usually 10 to 14 days old. Their sight isn't fully developed unti about 4 weeks old though. They will start to wander about the whelping box and then try to get out soon enough. You wont have to wait much longer.

the eyes usual open about 12 to 14 days. you can start feeding them at about 4 weeks with soften puppy foof or baby cerel. look on the akc.org.

They usually open their eyes around two weeks. Shouldn't be much longer. They will start getting around more when they can see. They probably won't lap from a bowl until four weeks.
