Fattening up my English Bulldog puppies?

I have an English Bulldog, who gave birth to seven beautiful puppies five and a half weeks ago. Unfortunately, the mother died suddenly 26 hours after they were born. Five of the puppies survived with the bottle feeding of goat milk diluted with a little water. They are now off of the bottle feeding and I am feeding them can food. The sad thing is, I don’t think it is enough. Is there something out there that you know that will help fatten them up to how I am used to in past litters.

Talk to a vet….

There are no vets on here, and a vet should tell you what to feed pups for proper nutrition.

Did you not have a c-section for the pups?

Try give your puppies Purina Puppy Chow softened with warm water until all pieces are soft and puffy. Four times a day should be enough for 2-4months old. You should have fresh water available at all times for your puppies. Purina Puppy Chow evidently taste better but you can try other brand as well.
