My pomeranian and corgi mix dog is pregnant with my shiba inu dog, will she die when she has her puppies?

I have a pomeranian/corgi mix puppy who is not even a year old and she is pregnant with my full grown shib inu dog. I’m afraid the puppies will be too large and it will kill her during the pregnancy.

I have to agree with Santa Bassett. Have her in tomorrow for an emergency spay.

You can take her to the vet and have the pregnancy aborted if not she just might die

Take her in for an emergency spay. If your male is much larger than your female she will very likely need a c-section at thousands of dollars or will die in birthing.

Vets will still fix pregnant dogs.

Just take her in now and get her spayed. No puppies, no future puppies, no pregnancy related health problems. All problems solved!

She is at risk for possible death due to the male being larger. Its best to get her in NOW and do an emergency spay to keep her safe. And then neuter your male.
