Where is the best place or easiest and safest way to find Pomeranian puppies to buy or adopt?
I would like to know where to look to adopting or buying a Pomeranian puppy, but all of the puppies I find to buy are out of state and the price of the puppy plus shipping is way more than I can afford. So I thought I would ask someone familiar with placing Pomeranians for adoption or buying one that is not so expensive. I have alot to give a Puppy and so many need good homes.

Don’t buy a Pomeranian from a pet store. Pet Shops get their dogs from cruel breeding facilities called puppy mills. Puppy mills breed dogs until they die. The puppies never see the light of day and never even see their own mother. Puppies and mother dogs are burning in the summer and freeze in the winters. The puppy mills are disgusting farms that should be outlawed. The puppy mills are dirty, thus, the puppies will be sick. Don’t feel bad for the pet shop dogs because some people may not buy them and the shop might close down and the dogs and puppies will be rescued in the shelter and will be perfectly safe at the foster homes.
Here is a short list on where you can get a Pomeranian:

The copy & paste link I have given is a list of registered breeders in the US. Here is a list of websites you should avoid:
Kiji.com
PuppyStar.com
Ebay
PuppyFind.com
If you see any websites that sells "Teacup" Pomeranian, that is a backyard breeder (BYB) Try to avoid those breeders, they sell poorly bred runts of the litter. Or if you see a breeder that has a website that sells dogs, no reputable breeder would sell/advertise dogs online.

Petfinder is a great place to start. You might also see if there is a pom rescue group in your state. Also many local shelters have purebred dogs looking for new homes. Keep in mind that buying/adopting a dog is just the initial expense involved in owning a dog.
