How much are pug puppies/sphynx cats?

I’m thinking of getting either a pug puppy or a sphynx kitten, how much are they roughly? I live in the UK btw! :)

It would depend on the breeder/where you get them from and what quality they are to determine the price.

  3. Not sure of UK prices since I live in the USA, but Pugs from a reputable breeder here would run $800+ for pets. For Sphynx its $800 to $1200 for pets.

    Depends on the breeder and the dog/cat quality but pugs= from £500 to £1200 and spynx cats=from £200 to £1700. Good luck ;) xoxoox

  6. There are differences in price. If you are not particularly worried about the breed standard and are more interested in a companion with all the features of a Sphynx, then you could do worse than looking for a non-registered cat.
    The cats bought from reputable breeders are expensive because of the money and time that is put into breeding quality kittens. Pet kittens may sell £600 – £800, and £1500 – £3000 for a breeding Sphynx. If you import your Sphynx from a different country, there are considerable overseas costs involved also.
    If you just want a companion and you do not care about strict breeding standards, GCCF registration, or cat shows, you may find an adorable Sphynx kitten for £150 – £300. Occasionally they are even given to a good home free of charge, though this is quite rare because most people recognize the income potential from this breed. If you do give a home to a Sphynx kitten on a non-paying arrangement, make sure that it is given a health check with a vet first.
