1. ‘dont handle …
1. ‘dont handle animal babies because the mother will reject them’ WRONG – ITS A MYTH PEOPLE!
2. If you have been the sole caretaker of an animal IE:Your dog. – It looks at you as if you were its leader. Hence NOTHING will happen if you touch the babies!
If you seriously think it will, then ask a vet. If not, then don’t post your WRONG opinions!

ok, how many times …
ok, how many times to people have to hear this? handling animals when they’re babies has no effect on wether ot not the parents will take care of them or not. One of my outside cats had a litter of 8 kittens and i touched them and helped her nurse them and she had no problem with them, or me. meanwhile my dog, when she was 6, had puppies and she didnt want to take care of them the second they came out of her. we had to do all the work. it’s not wether people handle them or not, it’s the animal.

No, you don’t NEED …
No, you don’t NEED to handle pugs or any puppy after it’s birth unless the mother has rejected them. Get a life AND an education in dog breeding before you buy dogs and start making puppies and putting videos on you tube showing your absolute ignorance.

Yes you are. A pug …
Yes you are. A pug puppy is like any baby, they need to be stimulated. My parents used to breed pugs years ago and it was always very important that someone was there to touch the puppies that were born while we were waiting for the rest to come.
You can hold a puppy when they are that small.
