West Hollywood bans the sale of puppy mill animals!!

West Hollywood City Council unanimously passed a ban on sales of dogs and cats from kitten and puppy mills.There were over 50 supporters there along with Wayne Pacelle from HSUS who spoke to the City Council. It is so wonderful when the animals get justice. Thank you West Hollywood City Council! 
And of course thank you to all the volunteers who work hard for the animals and for those who showed up to show support!!!
